Due to the surprise and curated nature of our mystery boxes and mystery scoops, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, duplicate items, or dissatisfaction with the mystery contents.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, The Tiny Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you with tracking information when available.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
